A detailed overview of the warranty policy for the NovaThera Red Light Therapy products you have purchased. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and to support long-term confidence in our products through clear, reliable service coverage.

3-Year Warranty Overview For Red Light Therapy Panels

  • Months 1–6: NovaThera covers all costs related to repair or replacement at our factory. No need to return the product unless requested. Replacement units or parts with instructional videos provided free of charge.
  • Months 7–12: Free parts and repair instructions. If device cannot be repaired, replacement at a maximum 50% discount.
  • Months 13–24: Free parts and labour support. Video assistance available. Replacement unit at 30% discount.
  • Months 25–36: Free parts and labour support. Video assistance available. Replacement unit at 10% discount.

1-Year Warranty Overview For Wearable And Beauty Products

  • Months 1–3: Factory repair or replacement at no cost, replacement components and videos available.
  • Months 3–6: Free parts and repair instructions; replacement at 50% discount if device cannot be repaired.
  • Months 6–12: Free parts and labour, video assistance available; replacement at 30% discount.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by human factors, including improper use, storage, or non-normal environment.
  • User dismantled or repaired device without authorization from NovaThera.
  • Damage caused by transport or force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
  • Products not purchased from NovaThera sales department.
  • Paid services provided outside the warranty period.

*Warranty period begins on the date of shipment from NovaThera LTD and reserve the right for final interpretation of the above terms.
