Advanced facial light system
The NovaThera Face Mask 300 Pro combines a 236-chip hybrid LED and laser array with four carefully selected wavelengths, delivering controlled facial light output designed for both surface-level and deeper sessions. With up to 90 mW/cm² irradiance, the system is built for even, consistent coverage across the entire treatment area.
Four wavelengths, layered by design
By combining visible and near-infrared bands in a single wearable format, the Face Mask 300 Pro delivers a more complete light profile than single-wavelength or low-output masks.
Why can’t I see the near infrared LEDs?
Near infrared sits just outside the visible spectrum, so it will not look bright like the red LEDs. In darker rooms you may notice a faint glow from the emitters, but it is completely normal if you cannot see it clearly. The near infrared output is still operating as intended.
What session time and weekly routine do you recommend?
Most users prefer shorter, consistent sessions rather than long sessions. A common routine is around 6 minutes in pulsed mode or about 9 minutes in continuous mode, up to 3 to 5 times per week. If you are new to facial light routines, start gently and build consistency.
Do I need to wear eye protectors?
The Face Mask 300 Pro is designed so light is distributed evenly across the face rather than directed into the eyes. For most users, additional eye protection is not required during normal use.
Because the mask sits close to the skin and follows the natural contours of the face, traditional clip-in eye shields are not always practical or necessary. If you prefer extra comfort, simply closing your eyes during sessions is usually sufficient.
As with any light-based device, if you have known light sensitivity or specific eye concerns, it’s sensible to take extra care and adjust session length to your comfort.
When might I notice changes?
Everyone is different, and results depend on your routine, skin condition and consistency. Some users notice subtle changes within a few weeks, with more visible improvements often reported after a few months of regular use. If you want a simple way to track progress, take photos in the same lighting every few weeks.
Can I use the mask if I take medication that increases light sensitivity?
If you take photosensitising medication or you are unsure how your skin reacts to light exposure, it is best to check with a qualified
healthcare professional before using any light based device. This is a sensible precaution for extra reassurance.
Can I overuse the mask or extend sessions for faster results?
More is not always better. Light exposure follows a biphasic response, meaning going far beyond the recommended time in a single session may reduce how effective the session feels for you. Pulsed modes are
designed to deliver efficient output in shorter sessions, so it is best to stick to a consistent routine.
Is it normal for the mask to feel slightly warm?
Yes. A gentle warmth during use is normal, but it should never feel hot or uncomfortable. If you ever feel irritation, end the session and
resume with a shorter timing once you are comfortable.
How does the wireless controller and voice control work?
The mask includes a wireless smart controller with preset session times and adjustable brightness. You can also use voice activated control for hands free operation during sessions.
What warranty and returns apply to the Face Mask 300 Pro?
The Face Mask 300 Pro includes a 1-year hardware warranty covering the electronics, controller and remote. Due to hygiene considerations, change of mind returns are not accepted once the mask has been opened or used. If a hardware or remote fault occurs within the warranty period, a replacement will be provided in line with NovaThera’s warranty policy.
